The American Football Thread / The HandEgg Aficionado Topic
Ok, I might get flamed for the title but I truly believe a thread like this should be there.
What I would like in this thread is not only pics vids and scores, but also information regarding football for those who are not known to the (great) sport. I, for example, would love to know more about football and its rules and how to play it, because I have a family who are not really into sport things so you get kinda unknown with pretty much every fun sport. However, if you have footage of an awesome game, dont hessitate to post it! |

title is a tad inflamitory, and the US is the only contry to call the wired version of rugby you play "football".

how many different types of football could you be alluding too?
football: foot+ball= the game the entire world plays. rugby= foot in balls+something the commonwealth countries do. american football= helmets+pads+advertising+dinner and a show, ball unimportant. australian football= ball+hands+punchups= something australians like to hide in a corner called victoria. rugby league= blatent excuse to get pissed and have a massive brawl. (google "state of origin) and thats just the ones i know about. |

football is awesome i played it in high school got some scars too
but there is no egg(s) in football its called a pigskin  its popular because of collisions and great plays and because of teams rivalry   I really like vikings and charges LT! most popular is college and NFL |
