Yeah I agree with Scott, it's not usual that Germans lose penalties, I thought it was all over at that point. Especially when neuer scored, that must of been incredibly disheartening for Cech.

Tottenham will get to Europa League, so i assume Arsenal will go to playoffs.

Maybe because City ended up 1st, Man United 2nd, Arsenal 3rd and Tottenham 4th, Chelsea pushed the Spurs to Europa League and winning UCL means automatic qualification to the next UCL, so Arsenal should be on the playoffs.
