The best response to a flasher I ever heard about was a young girl (I think junior high school age) who got flashed in an elevator here in Virginia Beach. She had the presence of mind to grab his zipper, and . . .

Police followed the blood trail until it ended, but I never heard if they arrested him.

I've worked with a former A&E nurse who received a call from police; they came to visit and quietly informed staff that they needed to know if someone presented with teeth marks to the penis as they'd had an emergency call to state a man had tried to force a girl he'd just met in a pub to give him oral sex in the street. She'd clamped down hard on his member and then ran.

Sure enough a guy came in a few hours later, A&E called it in and the forensic wallahs were able to match up the bite mark on his rather swollen johnson with her bite pattern sufficiently for a conviction.

Yeah, that's what I was expecting to happen in the elevator case, but I never saw any follow-up that they got the bastard. Hopefully it got infected and fell off.
