I'd also just like to point out that had GameWizard still retained ownership (this is debatable) of TBF2.com at the time, then what he did would be perfectly fine. For right now, all we know that he did was migrate account info to a new forum based off of backups. Now, whether or not he should have had these backups once he no longer controlled TBF2.com is the real issue, but from what I can see he did not "steal" anyone's account info, he already had that, all he did was migrate it to a new site.

Well, the thread got deleted before I had a chance to see it.
Then I heard it did NOT get deleted because of the content of THAT thread but because there was a spamstorm (ahem...) from GWs supporters from fevergaming. This is sheer hearsay so take it for what it is, a rumour.
