Hey. My post was stupid. The thread should be locked. The conversation can continue somewhere else. I don't care about the conflict, I just wanted you to know about how bad it is that the server is closed.

Reality Teamwork closing down is Space's decision, pure and simple. The fact that he was banned from these forums does not in any way mean that he has to close the server - the ban is not related to their server license, at all. If you look at the RT feedback thread, you can see that you already have a new server admin, so there are no issues with that at all.

Let me make this clear, once and for all:

Space was banned because the thread we have about him is 23 pages long. Because he has 5 pages of infractions and warnings. If anything, he probably should have been banned earlier.

The PR team does not have anything against the RT community. Space was banned because anyone who caused that much trouble over such a long time would be banned. His ban does not mean that the Reality Teamwork server has to go down.

At the advice of one of my moderators, I am leaving this thread open. If you're so convinced we are out to get you guys, let's see some proof of it. I'll also edit out the part of your post I should have banned you for. Isn't that nice?

It won't hurt the server anymore because it is already down. We can do whatever we want now without worrying about what they think about it. And I hope I don't need to have anything to do with you any more

Though again, it was his decision to shut down RT, if it's some kind of hissy fit or thinking he'll throw a poop back at us by shutting it down, we won't know.

Question. Apart from Space saying so, what actual proof do you have that the "DEVs are after RT" ? In all honesty in some tense moments of frustration some people made comments about RT but in the end that was all they where people venting. And I do believe everyone is prone to that time to time so I'll grant you that.

My point is, no action has been taken by the DEVs or other team members to limit RTs capabilities. And as has been said by Gaz in your feedback thread and by Fuzzhead in the RT forum : Spaces perma ban does in no way affect the capacity of RT to exist as Himalde is now the new license holder for the RT server.

So if the Server goes down its the RT team decision not the PR team one.
