Default Argentine superhero saves douchebag idiot

If the guy in the van got killed I would have said "stupid hurts," but people on the train may have been injured as well. Good on this guy.

Speculation warning: I really doubt it, it would have pushed the van a couple of meters, it may not even have been fatal for the driver itself, with the light car, low traction of car tires and the train having a relatively low speed at impact.

Personally, I think this hero put himself in more danger than the situation called for.

Yes, I do want games to be more ambitious, to over-reach spectacularly,
to be more open and vibrant and mad.

I find myself agreeing, although I admit I may be using that wonderful tool known as hindsight. The train stops a couple of metres further down the track, I cannot imagine the forces involved being enough to cause major explosions and stuff.

EDIT: I was quote ninja'd =).

I think so, too, especially since he basically saved the guy from the consequences of his own stupidity. Not that running back across the tracks was smart on his part, but my hindsight from this traffic cam is 20/20. Still, good on him.

Good guy, but stupid ran the wrong way. Almost got clipped, imagine what the train operator thought!

lol, nothing spectacular would have happened if it hit the car. it'd spin to the side and both vehicles would get dented. dunno if it was worth risking his own well-being for a silly vehicle.

I think it would have been more then a dent.

If you think about it the train might have been going faster until the truck stopped on the tracks.
