What is the best/cheapest PC controller to buy?

I'm looking to buy a game controller that will work on Vista 32-bit. I want it to be able to work with PR, and have enough buttons to do the main PR functions. I don't want to spend very much, preferably less than 20 bucks.

second hand 360 controller (corded)? that's what i'm using. windows has got built in drivers for that.

you plug it into the usb and it works.
all the controls were mappable/working from games like braid and tomb raider underworld.

I can also recommend the 360 controller. Works well on Windows and has all the neccessary buttons/sticks.

Also, if you have a friend with a Xbox 360, you'll have one extra controller for multiplayer
