Splitscreen games on Consoles
I know this isn't just me, but I have noticed that there seems to be a massive lack of split screen-games for consoles (except the wii).
So If anyone finds a good split-screen game feel free to post it here, seeing as they're hard to find, and ill try and make a list(with groups) of all the good split-screen games. As we all probably know the Wii has a huge abundance of Split-screen games so try to post xbox / Playstation games here. Ill start us off with some of the major known ones, and I may start a rating system... Multi-Platform - COD 4 & MW2 (4) - Virtua Tennis 3 - Fifa & PES (4 on Xbox, 7 on PS3) - Guitar Hero 4 (2) - Rock Band - Tekken 6 (4) - Army of Two (2) - Lego India Jones - Lego Star Wars - COD World At War (2-4) Xbox 360 exclusives - Halo 3 & ODST (4 & 2 player respectively) - Gears of War (2 player) - Forza 3 Ps3 exclusives - Resistance FoM & 2 (4 and 2 respectively) - Gran Turismo 5 Prolouge (2) - Haze (2) - Little Big Planet (4) |

I noticed this too especially with the nfs series i mean am i supposed to not have my buddies over for a few beers and races and instead all stay at home and play over live?
Tekken 6 is split screen

BY FAR the best split screen I have seen on ANY console is Lego Indiana Jones for the xbox, not sure which version my friend has but watch the transition at 0:44 in this vid:

You can add Forza 3 to your list. It's a really good racing game for splitscreen. GRAW 2 is by far the worst

Timesplitters series for PS2 is IMO the best split screen shooter for that console
