Anyone else ride BMX or MTB?

Or is it just me?

Been riding MTB street and Dirt for a couple years now. Recently mastered the Fufanu after spending the past couple months on them.

Photo album of my good friend, Ken: http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/?op=li...ouserid=109905

Only 15 and he's riding with the local pro's.

My bike as it is at the moment: http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/471655/

I used to bike all the time. I haven't been biking recently because the friends I used to bike with don't really bike that much anymore and they usually trail ride when they do bike which I hate. I used to be decent at dirt jumping and "urban" crap. I've got a 2001 Big Hit with FSR linkage with a 2003 Boxxer Race and 2003 Vanilla RC. I've also got a 2005 Kona Stuff which I bought to dirt jumping. I'd really like to start biking some more.

get those crappy dmr wingbars off your bike! get a set of Renthal MX bars, single wall version that fits in bmx stems or mtb ones with spacers, suzuki gasgas trials model, 4.25" risers. cut them down to 28-29" wide and they are 3.75" rise, 16 degree sweep and 8 degree upsweep (azonics are 8 and 4, for comparison) reduce all trail vibrations

then think about removing that dodgy fork, get at least a DJ2 on there, that one is as strong as the Z1-Wedge was.

and a little trick for singlespeeding. get a medium sized bmx chain so it stays on like that, otherwise refit your mech hangar and then ziptie a mech up towards the chainring so that it just controls the chain a touch. jumping like that leeds to major slips! i lost my chain from time to time and i'm only commuting

and those V8's are just begging for some terrorpins in them, but might be too late to get the original ones out now! don't forget your shinguards, mind!

google "yahoo group yorkthrash" and you'll find some years of history of my riding

DJ3' arent bad. Bit heavy mind, thinking of putting something a little lighter on. As for the chain, its since been removed. Ive put a BMX chain on instead.

I race downhill.

Got myself a lovely Kona Stab Supreme with 888RCs. Its cool to see so many other gamers that ride.

I have a very keen photographer friend that follows me, he is bloody fantastic.

I'll sell you my Big Hit, I've been trying to get rid of it for a while now.

This photo was taken a long time ago, like a year or two.
