I used to get that, try saving it to your hard drive at your Game Library Screen

The xbox freezing is a seperate problem, mine did it for a while when I first got it, but it doesn't do it anymore.

It's an elite, and I got it from target. I took the game back to Bestbuy and they gave me a new one. The new one works, and the customer support lady told me allot of people were brining back the game because it was faulty.
