I think it will still last on...you don't need as good a computer as you would to run ArmA 2 plus its free lol

If you have PR but don't have ArmA2, and don't want to dish out on the Extra cash, this is a perfect solution. Also it's alot different to ArmA2 and Will be different to PR:ArmA2 I'll bet ya, it's still worth getting and playing, especially as my events are amazing

I tried to promote JCOVE to the ArmA ACE clan i joined, but "they" (its actually 1 guy so far, but i think everyone is thinking it) don't see the advantages of JCOVE over ArmA ACE.

Could anyone give me some arguments on why they should download JCOVE?

TBH there are none,used to play jcove but now that i have arma2 i dont see any reason to go back.

OFC it has about every british vehicle,but its just like GT5.you have about anything but the only thing you can do with it is drive around to see it.

Advantages of JCOVE over ArmA2?

Well, for a start, suppression of AI - this is a big thing, when you get shot at, as you will notice, your screen starts flashing and if the shots come close enough it'll throw your aim off - this affects the AI, something I haven't noticed in any other game. This means that realistic tactics work best vs AI, granted some missions that aren't as well made don't require realistic tactics, but for 90% of them you will need to cover each other & move around in a realistic fashion, if you don't, that one Insurgent with with lowly AKM can pop out from around a corner and blow your brains out.

Also, the vehicle Interaction is much better, rather than having a load of options such as, Ride In Back, Gunner etc. you just have one Option: Interact With [Vehicle].

This gives you a top down view of the vehicle, with every slot on it, you click the slot you want to go in (there are symbols to denote pilot, gunner, co-pilot etc.). Also, if the AI is in a slot it turns Yellow & says AI on it, if a Player's in it it turns red. Also on this screen is the Animate Object screen, allowing you to open doors etc. (which can be useful for cover) and the Clearance screen, letting you kick dead bodies out of the vehicle. Afaik this isn't in ArmA2.

Content wise, well, ~250 Vehicles and a 40km square map? Think that's enough xD

Ofcourse, VBS2 Lite (Both US & JCOVE) Won't replace ArmA2, it is free after all, and I won't say it's better, with the MP limitations it can be quite annoying, but hey, you get what you pay for, and it's defiantly a Brilliant Tactical FPS
