Diary of the Dead

I had heard this was a bad movie, and I'm not normally a Zombie movie person, or even a horror film person, but I thought I'd see it anyways. I just got done.

Likes:
* Recording style
* Pan-Zombia (Zombification isn't from contact, it's from simply being dead)
* Pacing
* Tried to be at least semi realistic

Dislikes:
* Lapse of common sense (though, when the shit hits the fan, can we keep our crap together in reality?)
* Homing zombies (required to make things interesting, sadly)

It was a bad movie. Which is a real shame as Romero is the king of Zombie movies, Dawn of The Dead (1978, not the shitty remake) is still one of the best in the genre hands down.

Haha, well if you remember, he also did Land of the Dead. I wouldn't put too much faith in him, even though some stuff he puts out is awesome.

Yeah his latest movies have gone down hill for sure though Land of the Dead wasn't nearly as bad as Diary
