Police and Gendarmerie around the world
Unexpected encounter with a curious concept of "road safety".
Around 16h in France, a motorist finds himself face to face with a car parked against the direction of the ramp connecting. Questioned about the danger of the situation, the prudent motorist drives slowly to approach the vehicle. And surprise, the parked car is neither more nor less than an unmarked police vehicle with a radar onboard flashing cars on the highway! Our driver asked "you are against the direction of traffic on a ramp connecting!!!". The officer responded impassively "we are doing road safety "...

If they hooked up some ballistic shields on the segways, with possibly a giant ram or spike on the front, they'd be pretty effective.
