And yeah, the Crusades were the ultimate example of religious state-sponsored terrorism. | |

Yeah, true, but this "Christian" nation doesn't do anything about it. Instead we're chasing down random incompetent leaders and trying to force an instant democratic gov't on lands that never even asked for such a thing.
And I realized now the hilarity of calling America a designated driver considering our own appointed president is all about drunk driving and cocaine... |

well, that thing about muslims hating christians is THE most stupid sentence in this whole thread... Islam has a very long tradition of being tolerant, way more tolerant than Christianity, which never was tolerant in fact - and we don't have crusades right now, because western countries got secularized and independent form religion. And about Muslims killing every Christian on sight, for being a Christian - that's not right. They don't hate christianity, they don't hate Jesus Christ which happens to be one of their prophets - they just hate those people, who are coming to their country with tanks and bombs to take their oil. And will kill them on sight. And I would do exactly the same.
This isn't a matter of religion vs. religion war - in fact, religion has nothing to do with this. Vietnamese weren't Muslim, right? And they had suicide bombers too - because they were desperate, fighting with much stronger enemy. Religion just helps in this - but it's not the source. And about that mentally-challenged kid cuffed to the sink - I'm not surprised. Iraquis don't have money for good education. But I'm surpised as hell, when you tell an average American to find a Poland (yep, a nationalist example) on a world map, and he's looking for it in South America, Africa, Asia and Europe finally. And then he finds it maybe, if he knows how to read. That's a bummer, right? So much money for and education, and you have to lure scientists from all over the world to invent something new, because american society cannot "produce" as much scientists, scholars and people with an degree, as should. And with saying that "liberals are stupid period" you are fitting very nicely in this picture. Tolerance is a product of an educated and open mind - you probably lack those. Smooth, hachichin - keep up the good work and back to the topic - I totally agree with the guy cited in the first post on one point. America should go isolationist again - and world would be a much better place. But world without McDonalds and Hollywood is just a beautifull dream... EDIT: "Muslims still execute christians to this day" - well, don't you say... and Christians are also executing Christians... and Buddhists execute Christians, and Christians execute Buddhists, and atheists execute all of them including other atheists - a world is just one big religious war, or I missed something? How about this - they execute Christians by some reasons, but not for being a Christian? Maybe for being an American? I'll buy that. |

lol no comment on the president.
But as far as chasing down incompetent leaders, and forcing a democratic government for someone who's never seen an Iraqi ask them for help. I've seen people ask us for help, to ask for new leaders, to give them hope. I've seen them celebrate in the streets after voting. Putting their faces on the news, with inked fingers waving, ignoring threats made by insurgents. And you still don't think they want a democratic government? |
