Hah, yeah that would be pretty neat. Maybe I'll do that this weekend. For now, I have to finish my last exam!

Best of luck with the exams.

Now that I think about it, you know the handgrip could have a flashlight or laser sight attached to it as well to free up mounting space on the framework. That would add some additional weight to it so it distributes it evenly across the weapon and not just at the top of the barrel or sides.

Just a thought for what it's worth.

Man those models are great, if you had a little more time you should definatly try to join a mod team.

I suck at optimizing...but I was able to take it from 8.750 poly's to 6,935. Still way too high but it's not going in game so I dont mind I didnt lose any detail either;

hey would any body mind showing me what program/ how to do somthing like that? I know it takes expience to get somthing like that but i just wanna know since it looks like so much fun ^^ maybe a newb guide or somthing

Well for modelling most people would refer you to 3dsMax7 by Discreet, or its slimmed down free community version Gmax. While there are other modelling programs out there, 3dsMax7 is hands down the most powerful, and useful one out there.

This site is a good start of how to use some of the programs/tools the modding community works with for mapping, modeling, etc...
