Yeah those cables are at 400-500 kV 3 phase and the part where they clip them selves to the wires is so that the chopper is earthed I believe at least thats what my head tutor at college said, if they didnt clip them selves to it it could arc if the chopper clips the wire with is skid.
those pilots are bloody good XD
