How do you get that "out of the box" effect on your signatures. I'm making my own and it would be awesome to know how to do it!

Have the image in a layer on top of the box and then just trim all of the image that is outside the box apart from the pop out part...
And remember to have the background as transparent |

Here's a little photoshop legal question regarding use of pictures....
I want to use a (free) picture on the background of a banner with a company's logo in front of it... the license says this however: "You may not use the Image as part of a trademark, service mark or logo." Does this mean i can't use it? Because it kinda reads like i can't use the image IN a logo, and not as a banner background. |

I would say you cant use it if the background is vital to the logo, if not then i would argue "Fair use"
