Default squished pictures in sony vegas studio 9 platinum when uploading to youtube

Ok so i have made two videos in HD quality 1080 and 720 to try and see what the problem is, but i cant figure out why my videos are looking like this

What settings are the best for good quality full pictures?

WEll it is youtube thats doing it to me, but i see other peoples .85 PR videos are fine, and widescreen. I cant be the only one with this problem.

I think you mean 1280 instead of 1080, right?

Also when you render it make sure the "Pixel aspect ratio" is 1.000.

You can find that setting by editing the render template and switching to the Video tab.

Render your video as the following:

With AVI you get the best quality, but its also the biggest file.



With WMV the quality stays fairly good and the file size pretty small.



Also make sure the video is in widescreen:

Otherwise you get black bars on the sides.

Just look on youtube for the best youtube quality video tutorials. Thats what i did
