hell yes, he's the only guy in modern times to have the guts to do the right thing, often regardless of whether its popular with people or not. IMAO people have pretty much become selfish bastards while W. Bush is one of the few people that realizes a threat when he sees one like people did back during the times of WW2 - Hitler was a helluva threat and had to be "taken care of" - the same goes for Hussein and a lot of nations in the Mid-East that support state sponsored terrorism and whatnot...

Oh wow...this could become a very interesting thread. No I do not like Georger Bush...and that's all I say. I'll stick to discussing the PRMM and leave the political BS out.

Wrong question - I doubt any of us know him personally and even if we do I doubt it is enough to form an opinion of him.

The REAL question is "Do you like the premiership of GWB"

I'm sure one-on-one Bush is proabably a very approachable guy.

However, his foreign policy and Presidential way of doing things is atrocious. Basically tossing the world (or at least the U.S.) in the ole $^%& basket.

1. Global warming; he doesn't acknowledge it exists or poses a real threat, even though scientists and meterologists around the globe are saying different. He'll porbably only recognize that something with the climate is seriously wrong when he can't go cut trees on his ranch down in Texas because its too hot 3 months in a row and ow yeah, Europe is frozen over because the all the glaciers melted in the arctic and caused a desalinization of the Atlantic current.

2. Economy/jobs, ya gotta love that exchange rate with the dollar these days. The Brits can go over to the U.S. and get more for less

3. Unjust wars in Iraq and Afghanistan (which the Muslim population sees almost as a Holy war); not to mention, add Iran to that list soon. Why would you want to piss off Muslims if their extremist members didn't actually have the means/skills to pull off 9/11? Saying that one is insulting the memory of those lost on that day doesn't pass as a counter argument, I admit 9/11 was committed by 'terrorists' and that thousands of innocent victioms should not have died, but Osama said he had no hand in it and why would he lie? He doesn't benefit from lying, considering the U.S. still has yet to find him, because it would mean an 'end' to the War on terror which Bush needs to keep around so that he can premptivley attack nations he deems as 'threats' (aka intrests, IE: Oil) even though he says America needs to cut its dependence on oil, 4 Republican preseidents before him have said the same thing and it still hasn't happened.
**cough** http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...631815&pl=true **cough**

4. Gas prices, ugh do I need to say more? OPEC and other oil producing nations are constantly upping their output, yet its the refineries run by big oil companies (like one of which Bush headed back in the early 80's) that have their hands on the tap. Ya gotta love national price gouging...

5. He has distanced the U.S. from long time European Allies, being the bully on the block without friends never ends up good in the end for the bully.

6. This one really gets me though, Bush pushes spending all that money on wars when the U.S. with its inner city communities is decaying. All the studies showing that the U.S. is falling behind other nations in math and science. If they gave every highschool grad a national scholarship to go to college from the money they instead use to bomb 3rd world countries, things would def. look alot more promising for the future of the U.S. but no instead they're looking across the globe to see who to bomb next, even though countries like Iran don't pose a direct hreat to them.

If you have an hour and actaully watch this entire film with an open mind, It could very well change you perception on 9/11.
