Well few women do. You need first to be the girl who has an interest for BF2 then you need to be the girl who goes like, okay this game is too arcadey like, what else is out there ??

Basically your problem is

Sex & the city, popular with girls.

Team oriented military simulation, not popular with girls.
Ive met only 1 so far, but she left or crashed in the middle of the game.

But every guy who took a yoga gymnastics or liberal arts class knows how you feel.

What is offensive about that ? Women are the target demografic of that particular show, just like guys are the target demografic of idk, death race. Though in the forum somewhere some guy admitted to having gotten hooked on sex & the city after having had to watch it with the gf .

In my opinion the developer team should absolutely attempt to push for features directed to the average female player need. Maybe something about to express emotions in the classical (PUA-theory) roller-coaster way. Not sure how it should be incorporated, but a solid and thoroughly thought out segmentation of the player-base would without any doubt help to find the doors that opens the need and at the same time connect to the female player needs.

Rapid deployed and non-thought through example on segmentations:

Basics:

Demographical
Language
Sex (male/female)
Game experience
The Free PR game
The Pay PR game

Additional:

Desires related to the core-service of the game product and those from every basic segments point of view.
External interests with no direct connection to the game.

In the end the female players - in some parts of the game - probably are better than us men, since they has evolved other brain-circuits than we have. And since those circuits haven't been pounding the servers due to the fact there are so few of them available on those, the game has evolved it self in a narrow-minded way when taking the two sexes and their different logics of things into consideration.

A realistic focusing 3D shooter for both male as female...now that would be something!

Well If your server is pretty much clan regulars and you are mostly on it good luck finding female players. Maybe there should be a sub section on the lines of PR girls in the forums for female players to congregate, if enough show up you could even form a womans clan like it happend in counterstrike.

Iam sure the average user is gentleman enough to not pose as a girl in such a subforum .

Or better yet, go on existing networks such as this and tell zhe ladies how awesome PR is.
