I was going to say it could be a SERE Course that Pilots/AFSOC people have to go through which is pretty grueling.
Guess from the number of responses it's the Rangers. |

SERE Level C courses are no picnic, either, I hear. A while back there was talk of using SERE as a re-enlistment incentive course, like Basic Airborne. One troop's reaction to it that still cracks me up is: "SERE to re-enlist? That's like using anal sex with men as an incentive to stay in prison."

I'm in AFROTC at my school, and our CC is a Navigator before he came to our university. He talked to us a little bit about nav training and relished about SERE training up in washington. Sounds like a fun trip at the least :P | |
