Need advice on talking to girls

I dont want this thread to be a joke, nothing insulting or mean, hey i need help talking to girls lol no big deal. Anyone got tips on what to say, how to approach a girl, start a conversation. I need tips please would help me a lot i am very bad at talking to girls lol.
