Default Interesting Mi-24 Hind Video Frame Syncronization

I've seen this some time ago, but I'm unsure if it's been posted up on here before. At any rate, it is certainly interesting to watch.

By the way, it's not just "floating" in the air. That is unless the Russians have found a way to manipulate the Earth's gravity and magnetic fields itself.

That's because you're looking at a model with sound effects playing.

No its the blades are moving at a speed that syncs to the cameras FPS. Same thing happens when you look at a cars wheels and at speed the rims look as if they are going backwards.

M.Warren posted in the title whats going on.

That's a know bug in the engine. We can't fix that ... it's hard coded. Sorry.

Green screen + model + sound effects + shaders + hax + trolls = this.

Kidding. That's cool though, what are the chances of getting the FPS of a recorded video to coincide almost perfectly 1:1 with the rotation of the blades? Pretty slim. Crazy insane.

The most interesting thing thou is that the helo and the cam maintained the same FPS an RPM count totally stable for such a long time.

True True, I mean, sometimes you'll see this on cars' wheels and stuff like CRF said, but normally that's only for seconds at a time until they overlap again, but this was constant throughout the entire video!
