Okay, I've figured enough people have asked about this that I'd just carry this post over from the Gloryhoundz forum. I searched and didn't see anything else on getting VoIP to work. So here it is for you guys that are too lazy to find it yourselves.

There are two ways to do this on a Linksys router. For both you first need to go to Applications & Gaming tab on your router's configuration (usually reachable at http://192.168.1.1). Then you either:
go to the Port Triggering sub section and configure as follows: Application (BF), Triggered Range (16567-16567), Forwarded Range (55123-55125) and make sure to check the Enabled checkbox.
configure a port range forward with a start port of 55123 and an end port of 55125. For this to work, you'll also have to specify your internal IP on that line (the easiest way to find that out is to type ipconfig on your windows machine)
