Ask him nicely, if he refuses, tell him you'll contact the authorities. If the threat of that doesn't solve your problem, calling your landlord or the police will do it.

All the suggestions of white powder & fake bombs are childish, and in the US would likely result in you getting arrested.

But maybe US citizens are retarded...
