Well, you can always read her something.

The Project Reality Manual would be a good example - it's never too early to start with this one

Either that or buy her, what a surprise, Lego.
As other said it's an incredible stuff.

I used to have huge boxes of it when I was young and build buildings with crazy attention to detail (showers, sinks, etc.)

Turn 360 degrees and walk away is what you should do tbh.

Screw lego. LSD will expand her mind brilliantly.

Oh, and go kick a football around, go for walks... what everyone else says basically. Give her a chance to be a kid doing innocent kid stuff, and if she can't read or write yet then definitely - make it as fun as possible for her to spend some time doing stuff that'll improve her literacy skills.

Edit: Just realised I forgot to add the disclaimer: I'm joking about the LSD.

Edit2: Seriously, don't give 4 year olds illicit substances, it's a waste.

Edit3: Oh okay... no drugs for anyone, not even kids, m'kay?

Edit4: Unless you're bored.

As already said, try to lead by example.

Children are usually quite eager to find out whats up with the things the grown-ups do. So if you play PC and spend a lot of time there, so will she. If you are more of an outside person, cahnces are she will be to.
Whats most importantly is that you just spend time with her. Nothing sucks more for a kid at that age (and most others for that matter) to be left on its own.
Try to wake her interest in her surroundings, take her e.g. to a museum or an aquarium. She'll probably not understand what its all about, but she might be convinced that the world is full of awesome things to discover.

If you want to interest her in reading, try to let her see you reading often, then she'll think there is something behind it and will be the more eager to learn it.

Worked with me, brothers read all the time, and when I was eight one of em just handed me The Hobbit. I only understood half of it, but I was damn proud to be reading 'big boys'-books at last. Well, and now I'm quite a crazy reader, going through a new book every week or two.

Curse those Russian engineers and their ingenuity... they finally found a way to make a 747 fly, just like all those so-called aerospace experts at Boeing couldn't. Oh the shame!
