Need help with financial constraints and family issues

So the holiday gaming rush has started, as you all know those triple A titles that we have been waiting for years are being released, and due to my 401k and mortgage has kicked the bucket i cant really by everything i need.

I need advice as to what i should spend my money on (also i only have a 360 and a PC, so LBP is sadly not possible):

Fallout 3
Fable 2
Far Cry 2
Dark Sector
Gears of War 2
Brothers in Arms 2
Call of Duty WaW
Prince of Persia (new one)
Red Alert
Empire Total War
Left 4 Dead

it is a deeply troubling time for all of us. We will have to make sacrifices, we will have to make tough decisions, but together we can alleviate this, together we can make informed decisions!

Those 4 are really looking great. i would get them in that order.

well since your on a small budget and you want to save money i suggest games that will last a long time so you get your money out of them. rpg's are always good for that so i would suggest either Fallout 3, Fable 2 both are good games so its a win win if you get either one. Strategy games aren't my favorite but im looking forward to red alert. empire havent played any of those or evan looked at the new one thats coming out so i cant judge it. but i wouldn't go for any of the others like i said you want a game you can get your mony worth out of it and those fps you can blow threw them in 3-4 hours and then there kind of dull. unless you like the online play then the last for a wile but thats just me.

Can't go wrong with Empire Total War. The Total War series have always been great fun with a ton of replayability.

Do you have children? You know, they can fetch a fair price on the black market...just saying...

If possible, get demos of games and try them out. Read reviews (though those can be hit or miss), get peoples' opinions on the game. Should all help you to work out the priority of each purchase

fallout and empire total war should get you through till the others are cheaper...

Phe empire war seems to need a hefty computer, and im not gonna go and sell my kidney.

But yha im thinking of getting Fall Out 3 for sure and and maybe Fable 2...

Empire: Total War isn't coming out 'till February. Should give you some time to raise a little extra, because that game will last years.
