not accurate. Russian units are stronger, and European units are faster. you can also upgrade your persistent units with rank increases, and all sorts of neat toys.

the problem i forsee with the online campaign is that the European Federation is gonna get buttf***ed fighting a war on two fronts: United States to the west, and Russia to the east.

yes but they still have the same units. What I meant was the game would have been much more appealing with asymmetric units like Red Alert 2 for example, or really any C&C game. Although having read a bit I do like the sound of the upgrades, they sound like a way of diversifying the units.

i dont think players are allowed to go that direction. i think they can only cross the atlantic, not the pacific, which, imo, is a bit of a blunder. hopefully im wrong, but this game "focuses on the North Atlantic theatre." they hinted at possible sequal(s) that will focus on other theatre(s).
