2 questions?

here they are:

1: I've been looking at the b-2 spirit (I don't know why) and I've been wondering is it's the only advanced stealth bomber out there or has any other country even been able to get close to it's performance stealth wise.

2: is it passable to have a multi-purpose bomb with high fragmentation and explosive, but also have a shape charge to so it could take out armor, but have a area attack, yet if needed it can stay intact and penetrate hardened structures similar to a bunker buster type munition.
In short a bomb that can to used to knock out 1 target, infantry and light vehicles, or armor vehicles like apc's and tanks?
