Haha right, its possible we could find a few community members to get together
Left 4 Dead - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia it says Valve and Steam quite a bit.. does that pretty much confirm your fears guys? Although personally i've never had a problem with valve or steam... except for releasing The Ship which was awful and a waste of my money... maybe patches fixed it though |

ye, says the source engine, good thing about that is iron sights would be possible then, since basically anything apart from huge maps and lots of players / vehicles are possible on that engine

meh.... still dosnt for fill my zombie killing needs... i want a MMOFPS zombie action, kinda like, constantly on the run and finding food and weapons ect rather than just running around shooting stuff.
am i the only one who would like to see how long i could survive in a zombie invasion ? |

Well, it should be possible to rework levels, maybe make them [a bit] bigger, and make it more of a scavenger hunt for randomly spawned weapons, health, ammo etc. Make it set to a timer you need to live for or even allow it to go on as long as one person is alive. You wouldnt have a set goal aside from get somewhere safe, avoid the horde, find guns etc.
Maybe you could add a thing where you need to find food to keep your hunger bar from depleting? [idk] Should be possible being on the Source engine, Id be willing to try and learn :shrug: |

Whatever happened to that zombie mod for PR? Did it ever get off the ground?
I don't know much about Left 4 Dead, but what I'd like to see in a zombie-game is a large map, searching for an "exit" or way out (which is different each time you load the map), with a crapload of zombies ("28 days later"-like), limited ammo and try to find other survivors. You don't necessarily start together. Also, the more survivors are together, the more intense the game becomes, forcing you to work together and not waste ammo, since you badly need it! That could be interesting... Is left4dead like that? |
