Ok seeing this has now turned into "who is the healthiest pwnzer here":

My monday consists of:
6.00am get up.
6.10 am washed dressed up in cold weather gear, jog for 20 mins.
6.40 get uniform on, cook ENERGY BREAKFAST:

2x fried egg
3x rashers of bacon
2x sausages
1x black coffee + 1 sugar
1x orange juice

7.00 Parade
7.45 drive around
12.00 ENERGY LUNCH

2x Thinly sliced steak sandwich with brown sauce
1x salad
1x water
1x mars bar.

12.10 Called away from ENERGY LUNCH
13.45 return to ENERGY LUNCH, someone from CID finished it for me (left me the bread from my sandwich).
14.00 Continue driving
17.00 off duty
17.45 Slug and Lettuce for afternoon ENERGY DRINK:

1x Pint of your finest bitter please barman

18.00 GAMING ENERGY DINNER

1x stir fried vegetables in black bean sauce, with pork and pak choi.
1x blackcurrant squash.

18.20 GAME TIME
18.50 "your connection has been lost" - Write poetry on how angry this makes me
19.30 take girlfriend to pub
22.00 Return home, tired and well oiled.
22.15 LATE NIGHT ENERGY SNACK

1x Girlfriend

I do 17-16 min jogs (5km)
And on saturdays I do 10km

15 miles is like 20km right?

A 20K is about 12.4 miles. A 25K is about 15.5 miles.
