Since this screenshot I've actually removed the stupid pip-boy, using a PDA style device instead, really cool thingy.

   Collected all the weapons and ammo on the map, put them in the trucks, made an epic convoy! Men of War russian campaign mission 2. Unfortunately, right after this you escape on foot and don't take anything with you  Also, don't ask how long collecting everything on the map took me, that was a bad idea and I regret it
