There is a good thing about not being told the times, if they said 5PM then you would probably end up very far back in the queue and a very dissapointed person. If they don't tell you the time you have a better chance of getting futher up the queue.

AFAIK, Fileplanet is based in California, where it is still 4:30 in the morning.
