Young soldiers are 18 years old babies, only difference is bigger dicks and real weapons.

This behavior comes from boredom of military service. When soldier have free time and don't know how to entertain himself he's starting to imagine: what will be if I'll do some shit?

And actually, this video is sooo old.

Not really. It isn't allowed in the US. Yes, it occurs sometimes as do lots of things, but it is not common practice. In the US, we get "I.T.ed" and that involves physical fitness.
