Screen hard man Steven Berkoff stars in this advert like some gangland hardcase dealing violence on the 'victim' of a heart attack with blows, choking and gagging.

Yea, a family friend woke up one morning not feeling well a couple weeks ago, had the sweats, puked up blood, waited a while, then told his wife to call the ambulance. He died right as they arrived on the porch.

Might have been much different had he not waited to call for help, and in his physical condition it should have been prudent to make the call.
