When rock and roll first came out, it was considered kid stuff. Then the rock and rollers got older, and it was accepted as a form of entertainment. The same will hold true for video gaming - it's a generational phenomenon, never was inherently for kids.
(as a side note, if you compare rock and roll and video gaming historically, there are lots of parallels) |
