video games will be very different by the time I get to about 30, 40, or 50 years old. I think many of us who played games while growing up will play them still later in life unless of course, you have a health problem.

You bring up a good point. I would think that when we are 30 or 40 video games will be really different and like our parents and the things we do now, i would not be surprised if we dont like them at all.

Then we will be the ones telling our kids to stop playing that "crap".

Yeah, unless EA/Dice take over every game developer and come out with crappy half assed games. Battlefield 2150, Battlefield 3100, Battlefield 9000, it just goes on...

Ok I have not voted for the simple reason that im 18 now but I actually find my self not playing games. Seriously its been like a month since I played bf2 Ok I admit I did a few rounds of FH2 recently but that is that.

All the games now are so generic imo and I get bored after a few hours, besides at todays prices I dont think so...
