Hey what do you expect? They're were made by a 9 year old in China...

So was the 130.00 Razor surround headset I just returned yesterday.

I have the plantronics listed above. Comfortable, reliable, and sounds great.

My post a couple down explain how to fix them so it doesn't happen, and Logitech is very good about replacing them.

They are awesome! I watch TV and video on my 2nd monitor, while doing stuff on my primary like typing post, and about once a month or so I get startled by something behind me. I actually have gotten up and started looking for what had made a noise, thinking one of my critters had gotten out of their cage. Can't find anything, sit back down, and realize it was the surround sound on the headphones. I do wish they had more bass (I am a basshead), but I have read in forums that I need to mess around with the settings to get the bass adjusted properly. Haven't gotten around to it.
