Injured Apache pilot drives around his home country, USA - a blog to follow?
  Daniel McConnell is a 30 year old Apache pilot who lost a hand in a crash in Afghanistan. On returning home after being medically discharged he has just completed a year in medical school and has decided to tour his own country and get to know his own values and people the long and dusty way. Follow his blog from the start where he discusses his life, accident and quest to tour the USA in a beat up pickup. I wonder what caused the crash, I read the part where he talks about after they crashed but no cause.
