I've been to a few hotspots in the world, none of which I can name, except Iraq. But I do remember one particular incident where we were to enter an area, and do some nasty work, there was a strong probability of casualties because we were going to clear about 15 buildings (always nasty work). Anyway, one of my boys and I had a moment on the hood of a HMMWV, sharing a cigar we were discussing the politics behind the whole war. Finally, after about a minute of awkward silence he looks at me and says,

"Hey, this war kind of reminds me of a bitch you meet at a bar. When you go to her house that night and she begins talking about her cat instead of instantly fucking you, you know she's looking for something more than a one-night-stand."

I was speechless, but it's funny how right he was. And it's just a great quote.

If your not then prove it. This is the internet, it really is a "pics or gtfo" world.

EDIT: You know what, im sorry for coming on strong like i did, but im sure you understand. I just find it hard to take your story seriously.

I'm not proving anything to you (sorry, it's the internet). I will however tell you that I'm still in, which is why I can't do anything except for tell these stories. I'm not out for another 4 years, so if you want pictures you can wait until then.
