PS3 to monitor HDMI->DVI
Just got home with my PS3 and GTA IV package. I tried to hook the console to my HP monitor (HP LP2465) with an HDMI-cable and HDMI-DVI adapter. No luck, no signal. Can anyone help? I'm thinking it needs to be a DVI-cable and the other kind of adapter. Maybe it won't work at all?
The reason is I'm not getting a new TV until after summer, when I've hopefully been to NYC for real again. The TV I have now is junk and it only shows shit programs. |

Could you take picutres of the cables and the monitor entrance ? Because I dont know much the names, but if I see it I can tell you what to do.

Ah nevermind guys. My monitor probably doesn't support HDCP and then it won't work at all. Thanks anyway.

My 360 came with an HDMI cable, I wonder if my monitor would support that input.
