I wasnt being defensive(at least i didnt mean to be). Its just that most of the pictures here, if not all, point out something silly and makes a sarcastic mark about it usually showing how insignificant it actually is.

Where that picture did absolutely nothing but make a political statement. I mean come on, it wasnt even a funny picture.

Indeed. Political statements often are funny. Granted, not everyone finds the same ones funny, even if they are both true. Case in point:

"US Army: All they do is invade"

"NATO: Yeah, we're pretty much the Yank's b*tch"

Most people found at least 1 of the above funny. I found em both.
