ya... if they copyright it, and succed, the worst is that everyone will use slightly different color shchemes...

But arn't we keeping the value of their precious symbol by having the Red Cross represent getting medical help and being healed and what not? I mean.. you don't really see much monsters in games with big red crosses aross their foreheads. I've only seen those crosses on med packs and medics. It's an international sign for health and medical aid. They can't just take it out of video games for attention.

Too right, if they copyright a medical symbol, i dont copyrite the air i breathe.

I think they shouldn't be worrying about video games infringing... since every first aid kit on this half of the planet is using their precious logo, and as a marketing tool. Games aren't selling by saying "Featuring real Red Cross red crosses." If they were, then the Cross could bitch.

Let's just adopt the Red Crescent symbol instead! No fuss no muss. Different symbol but same meaning.
