It's hard to tell exactly without any kind of scale, but it looks like a 155mm artillery round.

Very carefully try to unscrew the the top of the round, thats where the fuse is. If you can get it off and then get the HE out you have a nice trophy if not its very dangerous if its still live. Most of those would be timed rounds so it could possibly go off at any moment. If it was impact detonated then don't drop it on its nose.
