I have a Syncmaster 930BF 19'' TFT from Samsung, works great.
No problems with fast movements or anything.
Don't know about monitors bigger than 22'' (thats what you want right?)

PRAD | Review Samsung 245B

There is one review about it. And 24" is BIG! Be sure to have powerful GPU if you plan on gaming with it.

I have a benq fp241wz 24" monitor and would highly recomend it. It is full hd compatable with an hdmi socket. It has a 6ms response time and 1000:1 contrast ratio which is up there with the best. Very colourful and bright screen. Looks great playing pr at 1920x1200.
I am in the uk but notice you can get it for $637 (BenQ 24in Lcd 1000:1 1920x1200 (FP241WZ) - Flat Panel: Over 21") on your side of the pond.
Or for an ultimate gaming monitor try the benq fp241vw. This is the one I would of gone for if it had been out at the time I got mine.
