yes the standard assault rifle for the PLA is the Type 95 and all frontline troops are issued with it. second line troops, border guards and armed police are armed with a mix of type 03s and type 81s. although i have seen a photo of a policeman armed with a Norinco M16.

Type 95 hasn't fully replaced Type 81 even in "frontline troops". For example, troops participated in recent joint military exercises with Russian forces were armed with Type 81 in significant numbers. I can't say exactly, some participants say about 30%, some about 50% of Type-81s. For army units located closer to main cities and southern borders number of QBZ-95s in troops is bigger, up to 100%.

But AGAIN!!!!! Neither game is out, and we still don't know for sure when they will be out, yet some have already made up their minds.

Is it really that hard to hold off on the trash talk till we actually have the game installed?

What's up with the sniper rifle here? I don't like the grain in OFP screenies tbh.

There better not be this much grain in the final release

I quite like the overall graphics 'n stuff, but what's up with the 4 man squads? How many peeps will fit in one server anyway?
