No idea what it could be, but definitely get yourself down to the doctors.

This seriously isn't something you should be asking on a forum for. Your health is one of the most important things you have, so see a doctor ASAP.

Do you have a super handsome mate? (hugs and kisses KP)

Masaq might be able to double as [R-DOC] but I seriously suggest you get to a doctor. Some of those sound pretty serious. Better safe than sorry.

You been eating healthy? I get blotchy vision when I dont eat right [minimal meals over days]

idk, doctor. soon.

Sounds like something with your heart man, you really need to see a
doctor about this. In fairly quick manner too; I wouldn't even bother
setting an appointment.

Go to your docs, tell receptionist you'll wait to see a doctor, your practise has some leeway normally to get you seen like that.

And yes, us Brits have gloriously free healthcare! Free for all, Universal Healthcare in payment for the Total War of WWI and then WWII. It's even getting better nowadays after a brief visit to the doldrums. (with some payments for prescriptions, but nothing that gets in the way of treatment)

AH man, sarcasm is so hard to get across the web, even if we are both british
