The Airborne Invasion of North Sahrani - dslyecxi.com
An exceedingly ambitious mission, based around the concept of dropping people randomly into enemy territory, with a few set objectives, and then letting it all flow. The combination of ArmA's VoIP directional chat and the absolutely massive map size available meant this mission used ArmA to it's fullest. So yeah, read the AAR. It's a great read. Although I missed this mission, reading this AAR brought it to life. I very much look forward to playing it soon as part of ShackTac. |

We have not done an airborne insertion yet (Mostly because our flyboys in JAO prefer to use the correct kit and Rocks C-130 is still under development) so this was a nice insight. Ta Fullforce.

Coolest sounding mission ever!
The more I see about ArmA the more I want it, but I'll wait until I get a new comp and ArmA 2 comes out. Still, that writeup sounded extremely fun. |

AMazing!!! He has a superb ability to make you feel like you're actually there, that it wasn't a game. A superb piece of writing.
