yooo pacific rim: uprising trailer is out, looooooooong awaited.
it's going to be sequel to pacifci rim

edit: but what the fuck is the soundtrack they used for the trailer? I was expecting the same soundtrack and I got some weird ass trailer music...

orignally it was going to be a prequel but they weren't interested in that anymore.

edit2: on a second thought, compared to the first movie, the trailer(and the movie shown in it) looks like shit.............
but im going to keep an open mind.

edit3:

edit4:
yeah that 'war ready' shit is fucking dumb... but anyone is free to tell me why they might like it.

jaeger movements seem kind of ...... really fast.... you can feel the cgi so much easier than the 1st one.

Didn't really enjoy the first pacific rim so i don't have huge hopes for the second one, hopefully its good though.

Kinda interesting that at 1:24 they're copying the Alien Covenant gun by taking the F90 and sticking a bunch of crap on it.

The Lost City of Z, expected a lot but was very disappointed. I was waiting for a long time a movie like Indiana Jones or The Mummy (even better without the fantasy part). They've rushed the movie and was missing the "magic" that Indiana Jones or The Mummy had.

Transformers: The Last Night.
Better than the last movie, but please make it stop. That and the F&F series. It just needs to end.

The first few movies I liked just because it was giant robots fighting with a decent enough story.
They keep getting worse though, Micheal Bay is absolutely terrible at storytelling. The Last Knight was just a bunch of subsequent action scenes with no cohesion at all.

Mishima: A life in four chapters. The old one from 1985, by Coppola and George Lucas (who wrote Star Wars)

Define irony. A bunch of guys playing PR year after year. A game teaching initiative as the prime mover.
However, in regard to EA, these guys never took the initiative.

Hitmans Bodyguard, sucked balls, glad i leeched it, only reason I finished watching it is because of Samuel L. Jackson cursing antics and its party recorded in my home town (Amsterdam) for the rest not worth watching.

Anyone seen War for the Planet of the Apes? Like its predecessor it's a pain to watch for anyone with military experience or knowledge as the supposed 'special forces' (I guess the different kind of special in this case) unit is conveniently bad at military tactics, notoriously suck at standing guard and apparently they never heard of single shot fire mode.

I guess the character development for the main characters is decent, but the rest of the plot is too much Hollywood for my taste. It's just stupid to watch.

War for the Planet of the Apes wasn't a bad movie really, the story as "fine" and learning to accept that media creators do not want Military advisers to give every movie that "real tactics" look/feel is par for the course imho.

I was just a bit underwhelmed by the overuse of CG, I really don't have an ounce of emotion for mediocre renders of characters I'm supposed to care about. They moved the ball forward but it wasn't done with much passion or love for the project, it just felt like Hollywood churning out another high cost movie.
