It does have the Dice /EA stamp at the bottom, and says it's coming out Summer 2008, isnt that when BF3 was scheduled to come out?

I checked the games for windows website and there is no mention of it, but the site does look official. It could be just a cover for the "real" battlefield, but that is probably just wishful thinking and not EA's style.
